Whether they’re giving free guitar lessons or coaching a local sports team, employees of the SC Telco Alliance member companies generously give of their time.  

Their support for local sports teams goes beyond coaching.  Members have also built batting cages, maintained scoreboards and supplied practice fields for their community recreation complexes.

Members of the Alliance provide programs to assist children in learning how to deal with emergency situations and have created programs to brighten the holidays of children who are hospitalized during that time. They have also been responsible for the organization of a charity auction phone bank and a book drive.

The SC Telco Alliance members sponsor and participate in local festivals and community events. They have also devised and donated promotional advertising materials for area charities such as the March of Dimes, the American Cancer Society, the United Way and many more.

Prepaid calling cards, free school supplies and free cell phones are all items donated by the SC Telco Alliance in an effort to help their community.  Members provide complimentary Internet and/or TV to National Guard armories, Children’s Centers, Senior Centers, Fire Departments, Libraries, Schools and more.

One member of the SC Telco Alliance generously donated corporate space to an area technical college so it would be possible to open a new campus location.

The South Carolina Telco Alliance member companies and their employees remain committed to making their communities a better place to live, learn, work and play.
